The EFCA Worship Leader Gathering is designed to edify, equip and exalt. We aim to edify leaders by creating opportunities to nurture authentic, long-term relationships among like-minded individuals. You’ll be equipped as a leader with both practical skills and theological training through peer learning and expert guidance. Ultimately our goal is to exalt the Lord by honing our craft in leading biblically-centered worship gatherings.

At the heart of the gathering are extended times to address your questions, and to learn from the experience of other worship leaders who have navigated those same issues. We are again inviting you to submit your questions during registration, and throughout the months leading up to the gathering so we can craft our time together to address those issues most effectively.

This gathering is open to full-time, part-time and volunteer worship pastors, directors and leaders in EFCA churches. Creative, programming and production team members are also welcome to attend.

This event begins at noon on Monday, October 26 and ends at noon on Wednesday, October 28.

There is no cost for the event. Attendees are responsible for their travel, lodging and Tuesday dinner. Monday and Tuesday lunches and Monday dinner will be provided. However, we see value in bringing in an outside voice to offer teaching and encouragement, we have a suggested donation to help offset the costs of bringing in a guest speaker.
