Church planting couples are committed, motivated, and tireless! They're constantly organizing, counseling, caring, feeding, teaching, mourning, and rejoicing with their people as they labor in gospel ministry. We love church planting couples in the EFCA so we’re hosting our Church Planting Couples Retreat this summer!

This retreat is a valuable time for couples to get away to connect with Jesus, each other, and fellow church planting couples. Church planting is incredibly unique and challenging, which is why this time of rest and encouragement together in Minneapolis is intended to empower your spiritual and emotional health as a couple.

We’ll have plenary sessions together, plenty of time for you to connect and relax as a couple in the vibrant downtown of Minneapolis, and we’ll be attending a Minnesota Twins vs Los Angeles Dodgers game together! Everything is free of charge, including our hotel accommodations, activities, and all meals except for one date night for you as a couple. You only need to get to Minneapolis and we'll provide the rest! Plan to arrive on Monday, June 22 between 5 - 8 p.m. and we will conclude on Thursday, June 25 at 11 a.m.
