The EFCA Executive Pastor Gathering is an invite-only, peer learning opportunity. Topics and questions submitted by attendees shape the agenda.
We define executive pastor as someone who is the senior staff person—a “second chair leader”— working in partnership with the senior pastor, not someone who spends most of his/her time on administrative and business issues related to the church.
There is no cost for the event. Attendees are responsible for their travel, lodging, and Tuesday dinner. Monday and Tuesday lunches and Monday dinner will be provided.
Hotel Reservations: We will reserve a block of rooms at a hotel near the venue and will provide reservation instructions in the invitation.
