Western District Conference

Join fellow Western District pastors and leaders in Vacaville, California, for our annual district gathering.

Theme:

• In Exodus 33:14, God promised Moses, "My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest." God gave us an incredible promise that we often overlook. He promises to go with us (mission) and also refresh us with His presence (rest). All of the plenary talks will uniquely elaborate on this theme by highlighting an identity of God and then describing how this aspect of His character brings us rest while we are following Him on mission. Jesus reinterates this promise in the Great Commission when He commands us to make disciples (work), but also promises to always be with us.
• We will hear directly from Western District pastors how they have personally found rest in God and how they've encouraged their ministry teams to seek out rest as they lead.

Pre-Conference for elders and leadership leams (Sunday evening):

• This is a free virtual session for elders and leadership teams. We encourage your elder team to gather together for dinner beforehand and then log on together for this virtual session. Please let us know when you register who would be interested in this so that we can email you the YouTube link.

Cost:

• $90/person. This includes both days of the conference as well as food (lunch and dinner on Monday). Knowing that work schedules can be challenging, there is also a discounted one-day conference option if lay leaders can only attend one day.
