Disability and Special Needs Ministry Affinity Group

Before Valley Church's Good for All Conference, this affinity group meeting will take place in-person at Valley Church in Des Moines, Iowa or online.

Join other EFCA leaders living with a disability or special need, leading a disability or special needs ministry or desiring to better serve this community.

Disability and Special Needs Ministry is an effort within EFCA ReachNational and the All People Initiative with the purpose to encourage and equip EFCA churches to fully include people with disabilities and special needs in the ministry, worship, leadership and life of the church. We do this by communicating the theology, philosophy and principles of effective ministry; gathering data on EFCA programs and leaders; and providing resources, models, coaching and community for leaders.

We gather in an Affinity Group to build community, share resources, and help our movement better reflect Christ.
