18.24
Leading ministry to 18–24-year-olds may be one of the most complex and critical callings in church leadership today. This generation stands at the crossroads of adolescence and adulthood, dependence and independence, simplicity and complexity. In the midst of this transition, life often feels chaotic—and it’s in this chaos that we long to see young adults encounter the peace, hope and direction found in God.
Yet for those of us called to walk alongside them, the journey can feel isolating. Resources are limited. Fellow laborers are few. And the challenges of engaging, discipling and releasing this generation can feel overwhelming.
18.24 is here to change that.
This EFCA affinity group is a space for those who have committed their lives to reaching and releasing the emerging generation in the college-age years. We’re gathering for three days of conversation, collaboration and equipping—and we want you there.
Together, we’ll explore:
- Connecting and motivating this generation
- Avoiding Youth Group 2.0
- Best practices and strategies for ministry with young adults
We believe God is raising up a generation ready to live daily in the Kingdom of God. Let’s dream together about how your ministry can more deeply connect with and motivate young adults for the kingdom.
Come be refreshed. Be equipped. Be reminded—you’re not alone.
Registration includes:
- Two nights
- Two breakfasts
- Two dinners
This event is only for EFCA young adult ministry leaders.
